Fine Art Prints now available.
In 2022 the art/photography space is overflowing with artists all displaying their work for sale, enticing you to buy. While this is great for the collector, the prices more often than not put off most of us from making a purchase for our own collection. With that in mind I am proud to announce more affordable fine art prints from my store for all my images except for limited editions. But before all that — What is it that makes fine art photography so expensive in the first place?
Stillness at the Edge
As the storm clouds begin to part, the final light of day breaks through and ignites the horizon over Hermosa Beach Pier. The ocean softens into stillness, and the chaos of the sky gives way to a quiet, fleeting moment of calm.
Captured at the edge of day and night, this image reflects the balance between movement and stillness—where time seems to slow and the world briefly pauses.
A serene and atmospheric fine art piece, perfect for creating a sense of calm and space in any modern interior.
Perfect For: Coastal homes, modern interiors, offices, and calming living spaces.
As you may or may not have guessed, the overhead for photographers can be high. There’s equipment, software, and editing tools. And then there’s the time. For me, that time includes travel, and as we all know travel comes at a cost these days. For me, the most inspiring, stunning images come from remote landscapes. Living in California, I am afforded vast and varied terrain. I’m also lucky to have lived in England, capturing its idyllic beauty from castles to seasides since I was a teenager. But the places that afforded the most adventure have been further away. Places like Easter Island and Iceland for example.
Sólheimasandur Plane Wreck
The remains of a crashed aircraft sit isolated on the vast black sands of Sólheimasandur, surrounded by an empty and desolate landscape.
In 1973, a United States Navy Douglas aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing on this remote Icelandic shoreline. All crew members survived, and the stripped fuselage has remained in place ever since—slowly weathered by wind, sand, and time.
Captured in black and white, this long exposure photograph emphasizes the stark contrast between the static wreckage and the movement of the clouds above. The softened sky introduces a subtle sense of motion, while the aircraft remains grounded—creating a powerful visual tension between stillness and change.
With no surrounding landmarks or distractions, the scene feels almost otherworldly—like a relic suspended in a vast and empty space.
This fine art photograph is ideal for collectors drawn to minimal compositions, monochrome imagery, and landscapes that evoke isolation, history, and atmosphere.

Iceland Ring Road Landscape
A quiet stretch of road cuts through the vast Icelandic landscape, leading the eye toward distant mountains capped with snow and wrapped in drifting cloud.
Captured along Iceland’s Ring Road, the scene combines a strong sense of direction with the raw beauty of the surrounding terrain. The road draws you forward, while the mountains rise on the horizon—partially veiled by soft, shifting clouds that add movement and atmosphere to the distance.
The contrast between the grounded, linear path and the layered landscape beyond creates a powerful sense of scale and depth. It’s a moment that feels both still and full of possibility, where the journey and the destination exist within the same frame.
This fine art photograph is ideal for collectors drawn to open landscapes, mountain scenery, and imagery that evokes travel, exploration, and the quiet pull of the horizon.
Jökulsárlón Iceberg Lagoon
A floating iceberg drifts silently across the glacial waters of Jökulsárlón, captured from within the lagoon itself during a boat journey through this extraordinary landscape.
Formed by the retreat of the Breiðamerkurjökull glacier, Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon is one of Iceland’s most iconic natural landmarks, known for its vast, ever-changing field of ice. Some of the icebergs that break away from the glacier are hundreds to thousands of years old, slowly making their way toward the sea.
Photographed from the water, this perspective places the viewer directly among the ice—surrounded by sculptural forms of blue and white, each shaped by time, light, and movement. The still surface reflects the icebergs above, enhancing the sense of depth and quiet isolation.
The result is an immersive and otherworldly scene, where scale, silence, and natural beauty combine into a moment that feels both timeless and fleeting.
This fine art photograph is ideal for collectors drawn to dramatic natural landscapes, unique travel experiences, and imagery that captures the raw and evolving beauty of Iceland.
I hope to return to Iceland in the near future. The last trip there was somewhat hampered by the last few days of Hurricane Ophelia, but it made for some beautiful light and dynamic images, available for purchase here. I am proud to offer affordable images for your home from all of these places. And I hope that you can build a collection that inspires your space. Supporting artists can be a rewarding venture for the photographer and audience.

Messages in the Dust
An abandoned truck rests quietly in the desert near Salvation Mountain, marked with words of faith, love, and belief. Surrounded by emptiness and time, the messages remain—faded but persistent—echoing across a landscape shaped by both devotion and decay.
A lone tree stands beside it, bare and still, reinforcing the sense of isolation and quiet reflection that defines the scene.
This image captures a moment where meaning lingers in unexpected places, where human expression meets the vast silence of the desert.
A thought-provoking fine art piece, ideal for those drawn to storytelling, symbolism, and the raw character of the American landscape.
Last Stop in Nowhere – Mojave Desert Fine Art Print
A solitary roadside structure stands against the vast emptiness of the Mojave Desert, evoking the feeling of a forgotten stop along an endless highway. Weathered and out of place, it feels like a relic from another time—quietly waiting in the middle of nowhere.
This image reflects the stillness, distance, and quiet nostalgia of the open road—a cinematic moment suspended between reality and memory. Capturing the spirit of America’s remote desert roads and the stories that pass through them. A striking fine art piece for those drawn to solitude, storytelling, and the raw character of the American desert.
Perfect For Industrial interiors, offices, studios, and collectors of Americana and cinematic photography.
Remnants of a Forgotten Shore
Along the edge of the Salton Sea, traces of what once was remain scattered across the landscape. Structures and objects left behind now stand quietly against the desert, slowly being reclaimed by time and the elements.
What was once submerged beneath the water now lies exposed—revealing a shoreline that has receded and a past that has quietly surfaced.
Once a thriving destination, the area has transformed into something far more still—marked by absence, memory, and the gradual disappearance of both water and life.
This image captures the fragile balance between presence and loss, where the remnants of human activity linger in a place shaped by change and time.
A contemplative fine art piece, ideal for those drawn to atmosphere, history, and the raw beauty of decay.
